1- Go to callcentric.com and sign up an account, fill all informations and click continue
*note : use gmail want to get google voice number to sign up ,
2- Sign In gmail and you received a new mail with contents
click on link then go to page
go to page http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ get some info and fill page above then click i agree, sign me up, now you received new mail
3- Open site http://phone.ipkall.com/ fill same email with callcentric, fill sip number noted ... then submit
now new mail received
4- Download and install Express Talk VoiP here
Opens Express talk , open File >>> Options (ctrl + O) >>> opens tab Line the fill
Server SIP : callcentric.com
SIP number and password noted above >>> OK
5- Find an US proxy on page http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list change proxy for your browser (browser opening gmail need google voice)
Click on Get a Voice Number then chosen I want a new number
Add a forwarding phone : fill phone number noted above 253-802-0540
Now you received a call to express talk press 
to pick up then press number in verify your phone (23) and you got a new google voice number.
